Ron Gray takes us through the process of appealing a court decision to the Supreme Court of Canada. Citing historic and literary sources and case law, we learn how Canada's Supreme Court cherry picks the cases it will hear. In the case of Rafe Mair's proven defamation of Kari Simpson, we learn how Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin's ideology and warped perception of the Supreme Court's role in Canadian lawmaking made this particular case very tasty indeed.

Ron Gray steers Drive For Justice into the courtroom of the British Columbia Court of Appeal, where Rafe Mair's inexplicable exoneration by "Justice" M. Marvyn Koenigsberg was decidedly overturned by Justices Southin, Thackray, and Prowse. Kari Simpson wins her case against Rafe Mair, who was found guilty of malicious libel. While the Appeals decision itself repeated some of Mair's lies as apparent facts, the case was nonetheless settled. Or was it? Tune in to find out what happens next!

Ron Gray takes us point-by-point through "Justice" M. Marvyn Koenigsberg's schizophrenic verdict in Kari Simpson's defamation case against the liar Rafe Mair – a verdict that was so contradictory and contrary to the facts of the case that is begged the question: Was the judge being silly, stupid, or sinister? Tune in the hear why the appeals court had absolutely no problem tossing the verdict out.

Ron Gray interviews Kari Simpson about the closing of her first (yes, more follow!) defamation trial against the lying shock jock Rafe Mair, and the bizarre "settlement conference" that "Justice" M. Marvyn Koenigsberg called before she was forced to settle the case on her own (and once you hear her legal decision, you'll understand why she wanted somebody else to take it off her hands!). This "ending" is just the beginning…

Host Ron Gray continues taking us through the initial BC Supreme Court trial of Kari Simpson v. Rafe Mair et al in which Simpson accused Mair of defamation – and pulls back the curtain to reveal that the trial judge herself was on the defence side of her husband's own defamation case. This obvious conflict of interest should have resulted in the judge recusing herself, but listen to what shenanigans happened instead…

Ron Gray takes us into the original Supreme Court of British Columbia trial in which Kari Simpson's lawsuit against shock jock Rafe Mair and his radio station was heard by Justice Mary Marvyn Koenigsberg who – unbeknownst to Simpson at the time – was embroiled in her own anti-defamation lawsuit. You'll hear the arguments made in defence of Rafe Mair's outlandish lies and slanders against an innocent defender of family rights, and hear why "Justice" Koenigsberg might be inclined to look the other way.

Ron Gray interviews Kari Simpson about the "discovery" portion of her defamation lawsuit against Rafe Mair and his employer, CKNW (WIC Radio). As you will hear, the fix was already in; Rafe Mair's story changes from public venue to discovery to the actual trial as he and his lawyer take advantage of the court's willingness to bend in their direction.

Ron Gray focuses in on the trial judge who first heard Kari Simpson's defamation suit against Rafe Mair. Hear why Justice Mary Marvyn Koenigsberg was NOT in good standing and therefore not only should have disqualified herself from the case, but should also have been removed from the bench! This is yet another blatant example of judges and lawyers protecting each others sins.

Ron Gray introduces us to “The Brotherhood”, the collection of lawyers and judges that worked together to circumvent justice and shield each other from public scrutiny. Like any close-knit professional group, the Canadian legal profession backs its own in the face of difficulties – and boy were are difficulties: a lawyer as a defendant, a presiding judge involved in her own legal battle who steps over the line of legal behaviour, lax lawyers failing to follow the rules of the court, a lawyer who refuses to carry out her client’s wishes, and judges repeating defamatory comments as if they were truth! Is this Canadian justice? You bet!

Ron Gray explores the latest character in the "Drive For Justice" series – one decidedly lacking in character and professionalism. Rafe Mair lied repeatedly about the true facts associated with this unprofessional goof of a teacher while vilifying Kari Simpson for supporting a parent who refused to allow her young son to be indoctrinated with this teacher's version of left-wing propaganda. Instead of telling listeners about Mr. Chamberlain's lies and abuse of his role as a teacher, Rafe Mair falsely accused Kari of supporting the parents simply because this teacher was "gay". Pay attention Rafe Mair! Oh wait! You already know all this, you just choose to continue to lie and shamefully hide behind the skirts of not-so-law-abiding judges.
